In Room 1 learning means...gaining new knowledge and using this to improve yourself academically and socially. It means taking responsible risks and making mistakes to gain new understandings.

Term 2 Week 7/8

Hi Room 1.
While you are working on your Person in Time project you do not have to complete the Current Events or the reading log. You do still need to keep up with Mathletics.

REMINDERS

  • Person in Time project is due on Tuesday 21 June.
  • Note taking sheet must be handed in also
AND

  • Chocolate money is due in by Wednesday

Term 2 Weeks 6 and 7

Hi Room 1. Sorry it has taken so long to up date the blog! I hope everyone has been working on Mathletics, the Vocab Log and at least 2 current event activities!

As well as this there is a small research project you will need to complete. I have created a new page on this blog called "A Person in Time" that gives you all the details you need to get started on your research.

Also just a friendly reminder to keep bringing the chocolate money in if you wish to be part of the prize draw.
