Term 4 Week 4


How could we encourage our politicians to be more effective global citizens?


Choose an environmental or human rights issue and research what our politicians are doing (or not doing!) about this issue. Organise your findings on a pro and con list.


Possible Environmental Issues  - Global warming, deforestation, pollution, water quality, transport, rubbish and recycling, food miles, environmental disaster relief etc.



Possible Human Rights Issues – General poverty, nutrition, shelter, sanitation, education, health care etc.
